Her mission is to make women visible, amplify their voices, and foster meaningful connections. Through panel talks, workshops, and networking events, Force Femme champions upskilling, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing to inspire growth and innovation.

About Suia, the Founder
Kia ora, ko Suia toku ingoa— 50% German, 50% Samoan, a creative do'er with a passion for bringing people together and turning ideas into action. I’m the founder of Force Femme, a community dedicated to empowering wahine in business, and I run CoastLab, a coworking space on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast. I am also a freelance Event Producer in the creative industry, Part-Owner of HoneyHoney and do the odd styling gig. I’m also a mum to a 5yr old - to name a few hats, so it doesn’t get boring.
My journey has always been driven by connection. I thrive on creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Whether I’m organising events, hosting workshops, or diving into spreadsheets, my purpose is clear: to connect people, foster collaboration, and spark positive change.
As a strong advocate for gender equality, sustainability, and knowledge-sharing, I believe in challenging norms and building a future where everyone has a seat at the table. Helping others find their voice and succeed, is what fills my cup.
